2010 ROME MASTERS
FINAL
RAFAEL NADAL v DAVID FERRER
7-5,6-2

Rafael Nadal overcame several lengthy rain delays and the clay prowess of David Ferrer to win his 5th Rome masters tournament.
Ferrer has been playing fantastic tennis of late and beat several top 10 players to reach the finals in Rome.
But Nadal's level is usually one shot better and Nadal is especially tough on the big points in the match. Ferrer fought off several break points in
the first set to keep things close, but Nadal just continued his relentless attack until Ferrer finally netted a ball to lose the set.
Nadal is beginning to pile up more clay court trophies on the way to the French Open, but new challengers such as Gulbis and Ferrer join others such
as Verdasco and Federer to make his conquest at Roland Garros even more challenging!
