The Bryan brothers are the world's best doubles team and they tried to dig the US team out of a huge hole by defeating the Spanish team of Juan Carlos Ferrero and Tommy Robredo.  The chemistry, teamwork, communication, and lefty/righty combination was too much for the Spainards to overcome. The Bryan brothers exploited the lack of experience of their opponentes and soundly defeated Ferrero and Robredo 6-0, 6-3, 6-2 and  Spain led the U.S. 2-1 in the five-game final. Could Roddick tie it up against Moya on the red clay of Seville???
